Matt Daciw
Matt has loved fitness for over 20 years. He has done powerlifting, cage fighting, and Highland Games. He brings sharp focus to every challenge. He wants to help you succeed in fitness.
Matt runs Titan Training. He is more than a trainer. He is your partner in improving life quality and crushing fitness goals. He helps clients work through problems from ankle to shoulder. He builds strength from the ground up. True strength starts with a solid base.

Doran Leung
Doran is an ISSA trainer with nearly 10 years of experience. He mixes powerlifting and calisthenics. He can deadlift 600 lbs and do handstand push-ups. He creates useful programs that fit busy schedules and budgets. His goal: build confidence, strength, and toughness that lasts.
Alan Santos
Alan focuses on full fitness approaches. He works on nutrition coaching, strength training, and recovery methods for best health and performance.

At Lil's Gym, we welcome independent trainers to use our gym to train their clients. These guest trainers run their own businesses. They are not employees of Lil's Gym. But we are proud to give them a high-quality space to serve their clients.
Guest trainers keep their own schedules, pricing, and training methods. We carefully vet all trainers who use our gym. We make sure they meet professional standards. Clients should work directly with guest trainers about their services and business practices.
